  • To avail Onroadz's services, you must be at least 18 years old, and must have a Light Moter Vehicle Licence (LMV).

  • Rental period is calculated on 24 hours basis. For example, if the booking starts from 08 AM today and ends in 08 AM on the next day then it shall be considered as 1 day rental period

  • All of our cars are equipped with an All North East Tourist Permit, so you are free to drive anywhere in the North East. Our car's were legally permitted to ply in any state in the country, after paying the inter-state taxes at the state borders. However, we do not permit taking low vehicles to Nagaland, Manipur & Mizoram region in North East.

  • Yes Rs. 500 for Guwahati Airport and Rs. 200 for Guwahati Railway Station & Rs. 300 for Kamakhya Railway Station is chargeable one way and to be paid directly to the delivery guy.

  • Yes Rs. 1000 excl. fuel charge is chargeable one way and to be paid directly to the delivery guy.

  • No, fuel is not included. We shall provide a sufficient amount of fuel from the car pickup location to reach the nearest petrol pump. You are required to return the car with the same amount of fuel that it had when you picked it up. If the fuel level is low, extra charges will be incurred, depending on the average mileage of your trip.

  • We understand that sometimes there can be last-minute changes in your plans, and we will try our best to accommodate them. But in situations where it can cause trouble to the next user (ie, the person whose booking starts after your ends), we cannot allow late returns. Please refer to our Terms & Conditons for more details on late fees and extension charges.

  • Fastags is installed in each and every car. You need to recharge it via any Upi app. Or else if you pay us we can do it.

  • Please call us immediatly. We will arrange a replacement for the same.

  • We always provide cars in mint condition, with the vehicle's servicing up-to-date. Occasionally, you might receive a vehicle with a slightly dirty exterior. This can happen because some trips start immediately after the previous trip ends, although this is very rare. In such cases, we may not have enough time to fully wash the vehicles, even though we thoroughly clean the interior by vacuuming and sanitizing it. Car washing takes a hour so, We understand that waiting for our clients for the car sometimes be frustrating. While we always strive to satisfy our clients by delivering a clean and fully sanitized car, there are times when we fall short. In such situations, we offer a minimal refund for washing.

  • In such cases, please notify us low immediately (by calling) and we will guide you through the entire process. We will coordinate with the road-side assistance and insurance. Unless unavoidable, please do not leave the scene of the accident until proper support has arrived. You may be required to file/sign formality documents associated with the accident.

  • We only allow our cars to be taken to the Bhutan region. To do so, you will need to sign an agreement with us, as we are required to provide you with the car's original documents, which must be presented at the Bhutanese checkpoint. Without these original documents, you will not be permitted to enter.
