If you disagree with any part of these Terms or any subsequent modifications, or if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our website or services, your sole and exclusive remedy is to immediately discontinue usage.Please Note: The booking form filled out and submitted by the client to reserve a vehicle is considered a valid and binding agreement between Onroadz Guwahati and the client. By submitting the form, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined herein, including the accident and damage liability policies.
Accident and Damage Liability Policy – Onroadz Guwahati
User Liability Cap:
- In the event of an accident or vehicle damage, the user’s financial liability is capped at ₹1,50,000, provided the assessment is conducted by an authorized and reputable dealership. This cap is part of our policy to protect and support responsible users.
Exceptions to Liability Cap
If the user is found to be driving irresponsibly, they will be held fully liable for all damage costs, regardless of any insurance claims made through Onroadz Guwahati. Irresponsible behaviors include, but are not limited to:- 1. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- 2.Reckless or negligent driving
Total Loss Scenario
In the event of a total loss (vehicle deemed irreparable or stolen):- The customer is responsible for paying the monthly EMI of the vehicle.
- Additionally, they must pay 10% of the rental cost until the insurance claim is fully processed and settled.
