Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before accessing, using or obtaining any materials, information, or services. We reserve the right to revise these Terms at our discretion, and such changes will be communicated through an updated version on Our Website. These modifications shall not impact any rights and responsibilities that emerged before the alterations. Your ongoing utilization of Our Website subsequent to the publication of revised Terms will signify your adherence to the prevailing Terms during your usage. We recommend that you regularly review these Terms for any updates. Should you disagree with any clause of these Terms or subsequent revisions, or if you find yourself dissatisfied with Our Website, your sole course of action is to promptly discontinue its use.ELIGIBILITY AGE:
- The minimum age required to rent a car is 20 years, with a valid Driving License issued by Government of India. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of majority specified by Law of the Land, you can rent a car only through a parent or guardian, but you are not permitted to subscribe to the services yourself by using the website.
DOCUMENTS:
- 1. The user must have a valid driving license issued by the GOVERNMENT OF INDIA..
- 2. The user must bring original DL and Voter/Aadhaar/Passport at the time of delivery of the car
- 3. In case a user is unable to verify his/her identity, the booking shall be considered void by Onroadz Guwahati.
Security Deposit:
There is no security deposit if the user submits his/her any of the following documents in original.- 1. Voter ID
- 2. Passport
- 3. DL
Payment Terms:
Full payment to be made by user at the start of the trip. We have flexible checkout using the Upi, Netbanking or credit card/debit card. Rental charges and the security deposit (if applicable) will be processed on the payment method that is used in order to confirm the rental Reservation. If any payment failures occur, the Reservation will remain unconfirmed, and no vehicle shall be provided, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.Fuel
The user is responsible for fuel expenses. Onroadz Guwahati will provide an initial fuel amount, and the user must return the car with a similar level. Any surplus or shortfall will result in a fair charge, determined by the car's average mileage.KM Restriction:
The standard daily kilometers allowance is 300. For instance, over a 5-day period, the total permissible distance becomes 1500 kilometers (300 * 5). Additional kilometer charges will be applied as outlined below:| Cars | Extra KM Charges |

Accidental Liability (Damages):
In the event of an accident or damage, the user's liability is capped at a maximum of 40000, as assessed by an authorized and reputable dealership. This policy is designed to safeguard and favor responsible users. However, if the user is found engaging in irresponsible driving behaviors, they may become accountable for the entire damage cost, regardless of any insurance claims made to Onroadz Guwahati. Such instances encompass, but are not confined under influence of alcohol/drugs while driving. Alternatively, the user will be held responsible for covering the entire cumulative cost of damages incurred.Delivery / Collection of vehicle:
- 1. Delivery/Collection of vehicles is chargeable and subject to their choosed location. Opting for our office-based pickup or drop-off incurs no additional charges.
- 2. Onroadz will not be responsible for any delay in delivery/collection due to unforeseen circumstances which includes traffic, weather conditions etc.

Rental Period:
We calculate the rental period in full 24-hour cycles. For example, if you start your booking at 10 AM today and finish at 10 AM tomorrow, it's counted as just one day of rental.Extra Hours:
Additional hours will be charged at a rate of (Daily Rental / 12) per hour. If the extra hours surpass 3 hours, a full day's rental charge will apply instead of hourly charges.Extension of Rental Period:
If the user wishes to extend the rental period, he/she shall contact Onroadz Guwahati. However, extensions approval is subject to availably of the vehicle.Breakdown Service:
All vehicles will be provided with 24 hours breakdown service. Renters have to contact our fleet controller and follow instructions to receive assistance. Please note that burnt clutch, plate tyres, glass and accidents will not be covered by the breakdown service.Cleanliness:
Onroadz Guwahati delivers the car after proper cleaning of both exterior and interior. Though we don’t charge for the normal soil/mud deposited in the car during the trip but the user must ensure the followings while returning the car:- A. Leaving tobacco-based product or tobacco spit in the car
- B. Burning or damage of any parts of interior due.
- C. Any left-over food/packets/Bottles etc.
Cancellation and Refund:
In case of cancellation by the customer, Token amount is non refundable.Penalty and other charges:
1. In case the user is found over speeding (more than 110 KMPH) during a booking, a fine of Rs. 1000 shall be charged. The user shall be notified via Whatsapp for all charges applicable.2. If a user is found drunk at the time of drop, the user shall be liable for the complete damage repair cost.
3. Drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Penalty of Rs.1000/- fine shall be charged, if found guilty.
4. User have to borne the fine if any challans during the rental period.
